2010 Accommodations and Rates

Waterside Resort & Marina's cottages feature all modern amenities.

Kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, utensils, dishes, microwave oven, coffee maker, and toaster.

Each unit has an outside table and full size BBQ grill and access to swimming area.

Pontoon, fishing boats and boat slips are available for rent.

Pets are permitted in a limited number of cottages and only with prior approval by the owner. Please call ahead for details.

Cottages 1 through 5 sleep up to 6 guests.

Waterside's 5 Lakeside Cottages are right on the lake and bayou.
The cottages face south for maximum exposure to the sun during those wonderful warm summer days.
Many of our guests choose these cottages for the sunbathing and close proximity to the private sandy beach and kid's play area. Cottages 1 is surrounded by water on three sides.
A Picnic table and grill are right outside your door.

Cottages 6 and 7 sleep up to 6 guests.

Your family may prefer the shade and relaxing lake views from the deck of Cottage 6 or Cottage 7. These cottages also have central a/c.
A large grassy yard and play area for the kids make our Lakeview Cottages excellent vacation rentals.
And after dark, when the children are dreaming of the past day's events, the folks can reminice around the large firepit.

Looking for a vacation rental, close to what's happening, that can accommodate a larger group? The Lakeview Apartment may be what you desire with 4 bedrooms and lodging for up to 10 guests.
The Lakeview Apartment has become a favorite rental for many guests. Your front door is a few steps away from the large shaded grassy yard and firepit.
The Waterside Store is just around the corner where guests and visitors from around the neighbor hood stop for ice cream, snacks, fishing accessories and conversation.

Each unit is completely furnished and include:

• Bed linens, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware, cutlery and cable TV.
• Charcoal grill, outside table, outside chairs, access to private beach area and fire ring.
• Towels NOT provided, but are available for $10 per set.
